My OB/GYN says that my uterus is tilted toward my back therefore that is why I have two boys. Boy sperm, she says, swims slower, but lives longer to make the long swim around to the opening to my uterus. Is this true, we want a baby girl so bad but if this is true then I dont want to have any more children two boys will be sufficient.

Help me please

about your question on gender selection and retroverted uterus:

in theory, if your uterus tilts back, "retroverted" or "retroflexed", because of the anatomy, the cervix is forward and up;
to apply gender selection techniques for a baby girl, it should not be an issue.

in theory, it could be more of a problem in "trying for a boy"
but it should not make a difference for you, as far as "trying for a girl".
that is because the x-sperm can live for several days and give them time to travel the increased distance/more difficult course; the gender selection methods can favor the x sperm to survive longer.

i personally do not believe it makes very much difference in that the vaginal vault space is closely approximated.

this said, there is no guarantee of which sex you might have, so you must want to have a baby of either gender before you become pregnant again, or use natural gender selection methods.

So what do you do if you have a flexed uterus and you want to know how to have a boy?

I had 2 boys and I pinpointed my ovulation days to the day and that is when we tried. I didn't know that this favored boys at the time i just wanted to get pregnant so I am pretty sure that works. I am not farmillar with "flexed uterus" but I do know that this works.

Good luck
